Pair of Antique 8 arms Cast Brass & Crystals Cherub Chandelier from 1940’s. This is a pair of antique 8 arms cast brass & crystals beautiful cherub chandelier. It is approximately 1940’s; made of quality brass with hand cut crystals which give rainbow colors. All of the crystals are in nice shape and original, some of them in a few cases have been replaced with the same crystals from our stockpile of antique parts. The electricity cable and sockets have been renewed for international standards and it is ready to hang. It has 8 lights , these can be equipped with standard commercial light bulbs or any other modern type E14. You can use 110 or 220 volts it makes no difference. Two Pairs Large Pale Gold Velvet Curtains & Ties 85Drop 174Wide. Blackout

Huge Pale Gold Vintage Velvet Curtains & Ties. These curtains are a warm but light gold shade. They are difficult to describe as they also remind me of honey. I have photographed the velvet with the cream & gold shades on the Farrow & Ball paint chart to give an indication. They are warmer and darker than’dorset cream’. The curtains benefit from a blackout (acrylic coated) lining so perfect for sun blocking and thermally efficient. Drop 85 inches / 2.16m. Width 87 inches per curtain / 174 inches per pair. Once gathered appropriately the pair would be suitable for a window measuring up to 131 inches / 3.32m in width. These are in very good condition but I would like to point out that these are vintage curtains and that their previous owner has hand sewn the hem (last photo) which is rather untidy on the inside (hidden by the lining) but I wanted to mention it. These have a standard three inch pencil pleat header (second last photo) and approx. Every fourth / fifth hanging loop on the middle position is damaged. I hung the curtains on this row with no problem at all as these damaged loops can easily be missed out. Pale velvet always benefits from cleaning and this has been done! If you are interested in these then all the expense of cleaning has been taken care of. The curtains are looking wonderful, smell fresh and are ready for their new home. This pair are part of a suite, the entire collection includes a twin pedestal partner desk, a pair of tall thin bookcases, a side cupboard with printer shelf, a larger pedestal filing cabinet and a small sideboard bookcase with lockable doors, all other pieces are listed under my other items. They are very solid and well made, the timber is completely Cherry and very heavy, the shelves are all removable and height adjustable so you can adjust the height to accommodate your collection. Both bookcases are narrow and tall meaning they take up a limited amount of floor space whilst maximising the height, its quite cleaver craftmanship really because they honestly more than fit an entire personal library. In terms of condition we have deep cleaned hand condition waxed and hand polished it from top to bottom, there will be normal patina marks all over from honest use and genuine age, there is nothing negative to note structurally. Nice antique pair of Victorian wood corbels or roof brackets. They have old chipped and flaking crusty white paint. This corbel shows wear consistent with age, use and weather exposure. There may be minor chips, nails, nail holes, weather checks, minor splits, and some well done repairs. Overall good solid condition. Mid Century Modern Pair of Large Nightstands Side End Tables by Mengel 9727. This gorgeous pair of Nightstands is made of wood, solid wood, and veneer, and is in good condition. These two End Tables feature excellent Mid-Century Modern design; they have classic large silhouettes, interesting mid century details, and a lovely oak finish to the wood. These End Tables are stamped inside the drawer as having been made by Mengel, the fine furniture company well known for their high quality pieces, see pictures. These Nightstands offer wonderful opportunities for storage with four drawers on each End Table that are all made of solid wood inside and working properly. We are not certain if the handles on the drawers are original to the end tables, they may have been replaced sometime over the years, however they are still beautiful mid century handles from the same era, see pictures. There is some minor age discoloration to the pair, however this does not detract from the great beauty or utility of the end tables, see pictures.
