Gorgeous Large Pair of Antique French Brass Candelabras w/ Flowers. Each Measures 20 3/4″ Tall, 15″ Wide and is 7 1/2 Deep. The bases are beautiful quality cast brass. One has 5 candle cups – the other has 3 – the candle cups unscrew if you want to even them up. One has 2 decorative brass flowers missing – the other has 4 missing – these can be replaced if you prefer – I would just even them up. Also they have holes where crystal and chain can be hung & attached. These are sturdy on the bases. Superb Pair Rococo Bronze Wall Lights. This is a superb pair of vintage French Rococo wall lights in Solid Bronze. They would have been very expensive when new, and afforded only by the well to do! They are genuine handed and have wonderful twisting acanthus leaf shaped arms in the classic Rococo style. They have been completely rewired, ready to fit. They are a nice size too so will look imposing when fitted on the wall. In overall good condition, there is some verdigris in the centre of the lights which shows up worse in the photo’s. Light bulbs are not included. Height: 17.5 (44.5cm). Weight: 2.4 Kg. GORGEOUS LARGE VERY ORNATE DECORATIVE AND USEFUL MIRROR PAIR OF SALVAGED ANTIQUE FRENCH SOLID CARVED GILDED WOOD WALL SHELVES FROM A CHATEAU. EXTREMELY RARE TO FIND THIS SIZE, QUALITY AND CONDITION. THERE’S NOTHING MUCH TO TALK ABOUT, THIS PAIR IS JUST STUNNING! C 1800 if not earlier. DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHT. Height: 13 1/8 (33.3 cm). Width: 11 11/16 (29.7 cm). The shelf is 6 3/16 (16.2 cm) deep. Weight: 3.297 kg before packaging. Very very good condition for the age. Of course there’s wear and tear of the gilt but thanks to this they have this amazing charming naturally gracefully aged look. At one moment of them long life there where symmetrically cutted off carved pieces (pict 9, 10, 11), probably these two where a part from some much bigger ornament, however it doesn’t affect the beauty of these amazing shelves.
