This is a spectacular pair of mid to late 19th Century overshot coverlets. Great graphics and colours. And theyre big 72 Wide by 98 Long. Earlier examples would have been produced on a smaller loom & center seamed. For those of you who arent into this type of thing, these were often called summer/winter coverlets because the pattern reverses on the other side. I’ve photographed these on a small twin bed. But they’ll definitely work for a modern king-sized bed. Folks, this is a matched pair. They don’t come along everyday. They won’t disappoint.
