Pair of antique bronze wall sconces. This is a pretty PAIR of antique LARGE wall sconces, bronze ormolu. Very thick and high quality bronze casting, excellent hand chiseling. 2 arms (2 lights) in each one. With the original wooden candles. Decorated in the Louis XV taste, flowers, fruits and garlands. Please see photos carefully to admire the beauty of the work. H : 19 1/2 inches (50 cm). W : 15 inches (38 cm). Weight : 9.2 lbs (each one), 4.12 kgs (each one). The heavy weight reflects the thickness of the bronze, authenticity of the work. Not wired, needs to be electrified (if you want). Uneven arms level (it is a hand made, not mass production made). Minor oxidation consistent with age and use. One arm is a little bit loose (see last photo). Clean and ready to be placed. Please feel free to ask for more photos. Pair Of Working Large Ceramic Mid Century Table Lamps No Shades

Although these aren’t in mint condition I would say they are in excellent condition for their age. Both lamps work and I believe they have 3 way switches installed for three way bulbs. I only found three small chips which aren’t really visible from a distance (see photos) and could easily be made invisible with a little matching paint. At the fattest part the lamps are 8 diameter. From bottom of base to top of ceramic they are 18.75 tall. From bottom of base to top of finial they are 32 tall. These are big lamps! They weigh about 8.5lbs each. One has a 9ft cord and the other has a 6ft cord. I replaced the felt on the bottoms. There should be no reason for a return! This item is in the category “Collectibles\Lamps, Lighting\Lamps”. PAIR Antique Solid Brass French Lyre Harp Wired Double Sconces Old Verdigris

PAIR Antique Solid Brass French Lyre Harp Wired Double Sconces Old Verdigris Paint? These are super high quality and very charming and beautiful! They appear to have been recently wired… A vintage to antique pair of solid brass double arm electric sconces waiting for a new home! These are a pair and I want to point out that one has significant more green than the other. I believe this is old paint. It may be that one has been cleaned of the old paint. The sconce that is more brass in color appears to have had a repair done where the 2 arms flare out. It is very solid and sturdy. Please view all the photos. Gorgeous fluted detail to the bobeches or candle cups that each have 8 holes for crystal prisms. Fluting on oval back plate. A lovely French Lyre design to the back. Gorgeous trio of 3 realistic and detailed leaves. These sconces also had glass prisms that hung from the brass scrolls as you can see the holes at the end of each scroll and top 4 wires (10) for a total of 26 prisms in total per sconce. You can imagine the lovely light reflected with the solid brass when they have crystal prisms. I know many antique and vintage lighting collectors like to add the prisms they have collected or choose to leave them off. It can be a fun project to find the style, shape and number that you need for your lighting! The sconces are of good weight as well. Weigh over 4 pounds for the pair. They measure 14 1/2 inches in height or length. 8 inches spread at the widest point. The fluted oval back plate that mounts to the wall is 3 3/4 inches width. 5 1/2 inches in length. I have looked all over for old marks as to the maker or manufactured but there are none. They are a great pair and waiting to grace a home with their quality and beauty!
