Pair of antique dark green double handled footed vases/urns. These dark green vases/urns are beautiful with hand painted flowers on opposite sides and gold gilt embellishment. Double handled and footed. These urns measure approximately 12 1/4 inches tall and 6 inches diameter at the widest part. Each urn/vase weights about 3 lb. Both vases have manufacture’s mark on the bottom. I believe these are from Germany based on the mark (crossed lines). Very good condition for their age but some of the paint and gold has worn off, and crazing can be seen on the unpainted areas especially near the neck and bottom.. The are some fleabites in the paint and one small hole in the side that looks like it may have been a defect when it was made (see photos). No chips or repairs.
